Small bug fix and added support for Linux, Windows and Mac

I fixed a little bug that showed the control buttons on the start screen after the game was finished. I also added a little help screen for non mobile platforms to show the main game control keys. Added Linux, Windows and Mac releases. Windows and Mac are not tested (I only use Linux ;-) ).
